EXHIBITIONS
Within the aim of promoting ancient, medieval and the more recent history, art and civilisation of Cyprus, the Centre undertakes the organisation of exhibitions both in Cyprus and abroad at the request of foreign public authorities or private intitiatives. In this framework two important icon exhibitions were organised, one in the Council of Europe (Foyer des Ministres), March 1992 and the other at Strasbourg (church of Saint Thomas) and Mulhouse (church of Saint Etienne) in 1994 at the request of the local municipal and ecclesiastical authorities. The Centre also collaborated for the organisation of the exhibition "LA FRANCE AUX PORTES DE L'ORIENT, CHYPRE 12e-15e SIECLE", held in Paris (Town Hall of Paris V) in 1992 (catalogues in the PUBLISHING BUREAU).

Leventis Foundation building in Nicosia, October 1996, on the occasion of the inauguration of the headquarters of the Foundation in Gladstone Street.
